JEWELLERY SUCCESS FOR FORMER PUPILS

Two past pupils of Westonbirt School are on their way to fame and fortune in the jewellery busines: Hermione Berry and Gina Stewart-Cox.

Hermione Berry of Cirencester has just won an award from Perfect Wedding magazine for Best Hair Accessories in recognition of her beautiful hand-crafted pearl and Swarovski crystal headpieces.  She is now very busy with the London wedding show season while also making plans for her own wedding in May.  Please click here to see why her wedding accessories are now some of the most sought-after in the country.

The work of Gina Stewart-Cox, from Nailsworth, is aimed at more casual, everyday wear, combining vibrant custom-made cords with silver and semi-precious stones, in designs inspired by her global travels and to which she adds "a gentle English twist".  Please click here to view her online portfolio.

Both girls studied at the University of the West of England on leaving Westonbirt, having gained their first taste of the business world via the school's award-winning Young Enterprise programme.
