Sixth former Tavy Howeson's superb saxophone playing has gained her a place in the finals of the Southern Cotswold Rotary Young Musician of the Year Competition, to be held on Sunday 21st February.
Tavy was chosen at the Woodwind Heats which were held at Westonbirt School last weekend. Bella Kimber and Georgie Fenn, who also took part, were complimented by the judges. More Westonbirt girls will be performing at the Piano and Brass Heats this Sunday.
