TOP CHOIR CHOOSES GEMMA

The National Youth Training Choir, which prepares young people to join the prestigious National Youth Choir, has selected Gemma Harborne, a pupil in Westonbirt School's Year 10.

This tremendous honour is a real accolade for her singing ability, which has been honed by her voice lessons at Westonbirt and her experience of performing with the School's acclaimed Choirs.

"I'm really pleased with my success and can't wait to improve my singing further," reports Gemma.

"We are absolutely delighted with the news of Gemma's tremendous success, " says Dr Charlotte Exon, Director of Music.  "She is one of our outstanding singers and has worked hard to achieve this honour.  We encourage each girl to attain their highest musical potential at Westonbirt and we are thrilled that this has been recognised at a national level."
