TOPICAL TRENCHES TALK FOR REMEMBRANCE DAY

In the run-up to Remembrance Day, Graham Gordon of the Royal Gloucestershire Regiment Museum gave a presentation to Year 9 about life in the trenches during the First World War.  He really brought the topic to life with interesting anecdotes and artefacts from the museum.  He traced the history of a few particular individuals from the Regiment and how they fared during the war, showing personal souvenirs that their families had donated to the Museum, giving a very personal slant to the talk, which was much enjoyed by all.
