Music

The list of choirs, bands and ensembles at Westonbirt just seems to keep growing! From orchestra, to jazz, to samba, there’s something for every musical taste and a place for every instrument you can think of.
We have some delightful performance venues, from the Camellia House to the Orangery Theatre, and the Great Hall is the regular scene of our popular Lunchtime Concerts, providing a friendly audience even for shy performers. We are also invited to perform away from school. Our Samba Band is not to be missed at the ceremony to switch on the Christmas Lights in Tetbury each year! We invite professional and amateur musicians to perform for us too, at concerts that we open up to the public, and we work closely with local music events such as the Tetbury Music Festival.
