Leith's Cookery Course

We are one of a handful of schools in the country with the licence to run the Leith’s Basic Certificate in Food and Wine, franchised from the prestigious Leith’s School of Cookery in London.
This course is taught over five terms in the Sixth Form so that while it’s useful therapy alongside your full programme of A Levels, it doesn’t distract you from the final exams. The course leads to a professionally recognised qualification that is a great passport to holiday jobs. It also equips you to be an excellent cook and host for the rest of your life and to find your way round a wine list.
