Term Dates & Calendar

At Westonbirt School we plan our term dates as far in advance as possible to give maximum time to parents for booking holidays and travel plans.

Please note that girls may not arrive late or leave early for any term, other than with special permission given by Headmistress, which is given only in exceptional circumstances.

General Information about School Terms & Holidays

We have three terms every year. Each term is divided in two by half term holidays of a week or more and each also includes two fixed exeats (a shorter break) when the school closes completely from 4.30pm on Friday to 8pm on Sunday. All girls must go home during all school holidays and vacations including exeats, half terms and term breaks because the House staff are not in residence during these times. Those not resident in the UK must go to UK guardians or stay with others approved by their parents.
